This is the translation and the adaptation in English of our article published on Novembre 4th, 2024, on Global Politics and Economics : "Histoire Uchronique n°XXV : un étrange gardien du Trésor Royal, Charles-Pierre-Paul de Savalette de Langes ( 1746 - 1797) ! - Addendum ".

We return to the exceptional contribution of solidarity of the ultra-rich, for a France supposedly ruined, approached in filigree in our conclusion. It was originally intended to cover 65,000 tax households, but will in reality only cover 24,300, with parliamentarians themselves being exempt except in exceptional cases ! 

With an expected revenue of only 2 billion Euros, the average amount of additional taxation of an ultra-rich household will be only 823.00 Euros. It is true that it does not correspond to their thunderous announcement effects, the mountain giving birth to a mouse. If we had stayed with the initial project of 65.000 households it is true that the average would have been only 308.00 Euros per household !

But parliamentary discussions are still ongoing. So if we returned to the initial 65.000 tax households, with a same average contribution of 823.00 Euros per year, we could avoid unfairly affecting retirees, with the cancelled 6-month postponement of the indexation of their pension. The latter do not earn thousand and hundred ! 

And meanwhile, among the deputies, a part of those who are not absent from the National Assembly (they do not concern themselves with the question of unjustified work stoppages and days of absence), spend their time inventing new taxes or new taxations, or to want to recreate old taxes !

Also the preparation of the coming World War, a little too desired, costs dearly to the Nation : the latter would be even more quickly "ruined" if such an occurrence was happening, whether in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Baltic countries, Poland...)...or elsewhere on Earth...and.even in Space with the fleet "Starfleet". Because the part of preparation for the "Space War" - Jupiter version since July 2019 - which is never directly discussed in Parliament, already costs a fortune with the joint development with our partners of the fleet capable of facing possible future exopolitical threats !
